Summer School at Marlborough College is starting today, and is celebrating its 40th Anniversary.
Marlborough College Summer School runs a wide range of weekly courses and entertainments. Residential or not, they cater for all ages from 3 years through to the most senior students who are 90 years young and it is this blend accommodating all combinations of family groups and individuals that creates their unique holiday atmosphere.
I have had the pleasure of teaching photography and photographing all of the events over the last 19 years (makes me feel very old!) and I am sure this year will be a great success.
As well as a huge number of courses for both young and old there are an amazing array of lectures, recitals, debates and gala performances, including;
- The Band of the Royal Logistical Corps (Friday 18th July)
- The 18th Century Concert Orchestra and Avebury Vocal Ensemble (Friday 25th July)
- Only Men Aloud Friday (1st August)
